Is this form an application?
No. This form starts a conversation with our team and does not commit you to anything. If you find a home you like, applying is a separate step.
How much does it cost to move in?
It depends on the home. We walk through the move in cost and monthly payment for any home you are interested in before you commit.
Who takes care of repairs?
You do. Working toward ownership means the home is yours to care for, including repairs and upkeep. We want you to know that up front, and you can look the home over before you decide.
What if I am late on a payment?
Your agreement explains what happens if a payment is late. We go over that part with you before you sign, so there are no surprises.
